You may have noticed something new on our website. Sitting between unique jewelry and beyond jewelry is our newest addition, Custom Order. Creating something unique is very exciting, so we don’t want you to think that we aren’t up to the challenge. Our design team would love to work with you. Just follow the steps – they really are more guidelines than anything else – and we will reach out to you with our expertise.

We give you two choices: Personalize and Custom Order. When you personalize something you are making small changes to a piece that already exists. You have always been able to do this, but we wanted to bring it to your attention. Of course, not all designs can be changed, even slightly. It is up to the artist. But more often than not our artists will go out of their way to make a customer happy.

What constitutes personalization? Well, you might want to change the metal from gold to silver (or vice versa) and an option is not given. Or maybe you would like to relocate a stone or change a stone’s color. It doesn’t hurt to ask, and you may find that much more can be changed than you thought.

Of course, asking us to make you something entirely new is where the fun begins. You probably have some idea of what you want, or maybe a picture. But if not talk to us and we will flush out what you like. Maybe you have some gemstones at home that you want to make into jewelry; or maybe your want to update your Grandmother’s pendant that you recently inherited. We are here to help.
