Susan Mahlstedt’s sterling silver Flow Open Bead Pendant is a slightly domed, hand fabricated hollow form that has been textured, oxidized and highlighted. A pierced window reveals a stream of 18 karat gold bi-metal designed to evoke flowing water, with a small diamond set in 18 karat gold perched near the top. The contemporary pendant is 1.125” wide and 1.50” high, including the bail, and hangs from an oxidized sterling silver chain available in 16", 18", or 20" lengths. Each piece is individually crafted, with subtle variations that highlight its handmade character.
