"Jewelry has a unique nature which should inspire you everyday"
Morgan Amirani was born in Iran and moved to California in 1985, a few years after the Iranian revolution. After earning a BA in Interior Design, she worked for a commercial firm before feeling limited and not in control of her vision. When she took a jewelry class for fun, she quickly discovered her destiny. Returning to school to perfect her craft, she graduated from Saddleback College in 2013 with an Associate of Arts degree in bench jewelry. In 2015, she founded Redd Accessories and launched her own jewelry line.
Morgan is deeply rooted to her heritage and believes that the diversity of her life allows her to think outside the box and to create uniquely international jewelry. She also appreciates the freedom of creating without boundaries and thinks that her experience as an interior designer gives her a greater understanding of shape, form, and the juxtaposition of different materials.
Working from her studio in Dana Point, California, Morgan embraces “slow fashion” to preserve crafts and the environment and, ultimately, to provide value by offering beautiful, well-made, and lasting jewelry. Her fluid process from origination to culmination gives her the freedom to explore and create without limitations.
Morgan strives to create refined statement pieces that are at once delicate and structured, feminine and powerful, timeless and modern, and at the same time uniquely international and relevant for decades to come. Each piece of her jewelry has its own powerful and delicate magic. The timelessness and modernity of it is enchanting.
