Enamel jewelry artist Amy roper Lyons is inspired by long walks along the seashore near her home and the vibrant colors of nature. Her cloisonné enamel Morning Landscape Pendant, which is 15 mm square, is threaded with 24 Karat yellow gold wire and framed with 18 Karat yellow gold. Available on a 16” or 18” 12-strand black steel neck wire with a 14 Karat yellow gold Bayonet clasp. Enamels are colored glass powders applied in thin layers and fired in a furnace to produce subtle luminous effects. Amy has been acclaimed for her modern take on the ancient technique of cloisonné enamel.
